 *ADVANCE PAYMENT* 

1-Items will be dispatched only once the Payment has been made. We shall not hold items as all our customers are valuable to us. 

2- No Exchange. No Return. No Refund on Dislike Basis.

3-360 degree parcel unboxing video is required in case of any damage or wrong and missing item. Issue must be clearly visible in video without any pause or cut. Send video within 5-6 hours of parcel received, in case of issue. After that we will not consider the query.

4- Colours may vary slightly or may be light-dark due to digital photography or mobile-computer monitor settings.

5-Due to heavy dispatch and COVID time tracking may not be shared on time. Pls cooperate. 

6- Minor issues like stone, thread, mark etc. will not be considered as damage.

7- Always share screenshot after making the payment.

 8- Shipping will be free ONLY WHEN MENTIONED, otherwise shipping will be charged.

9- Incase of any damage during the transit, the customer can either take the refund of that particular article or we will replace that article.
